Been playing on the server for one year and a half, gladly I found it. There's several nice features, unique ones too, up to date with several new items and episodes. Community are nice, woe competition is slowly getting good again, Admin is a very capable person and helpful. Come join and have fun too.

Server is okay. If you love PVE, this server is good choice. but PVP don't.. The custom content is nice also but its all for PVE. Server also has lots of custom many headgears that i do like. But the recent drama really hurt the server. hope it can get its feet back up.

The server has a lot of customizations, which is something a lot of people like. So there are many extra features, mostly designed for PvE. The servers focus us very PvE oriented (became very obvious). The community is very small, there is only a handful of players left. The admin team is so-so. They are available, but their actions have caused them huge player losses in the past. There is sometimes a lot of toxicity on the server, which might demotivate new players to stay. Otherwise its ok!

The fact that his player has never played the server and have already had 2 times his comments deleted by the RMS Team, because of that fact makes this review pretty much useless. There is absolutely no Toxicity left on the server since a toxic guild ( review below this ) was banned over 1 - 2 weeks ago. But there is always players that cannot move on and well, this is what you'll get from them.

This server I have quite differently presented.
So the atmosphere is quite okay,theplayer also in part.The team does not really work so that the server actually much too many things in cash.
The bugs are not regularly fixed for what comes in at all. The Community Gm is the last of all totally unfriendly.

Well taking a look at the patch notes which contains mostly bug fixes I don't see that part. Every cash item is obtainable from several different ways. As well as killing monsters can earn you cash, items, world drops and more. There is nothing that is cash only.

First of all i'm here with my real account unlike some other players to give you guys a real review. This server is neither good nor bad, and as every house it revolves around its keeper Lunar. Basically if you're looking for a Pvp/WoE experience this server isnt for you as it is not the focus of Lunar. PvE however is quite good. the server is nice but the main issue is it's GM. No Ban is def. People want a smiling and talking GM not a GM that does changes while leaving it's players in the dark

This server is interesting... in the wrong ways! The owner is also developer and he seems to have a lot of free time so he works quite a lot. Unfortunately he doesn't have much idea about ragnarok and mmorpg games so the server is full with nonsense customs that don't add anything positive and instead make renewal's poor balance even worse and remove even more mmorpg aspects (your own rates and personal drops, wtf?)! Everyone just solos everything and owner ignores feedback. Not recommended.

It's pretty interesting reading things like this. Except if you have no idea about the game, of course it wouldn't make sense. Considering the fact that the only custom stat addition are costume enchants which are weaker then Nightmare Biolab enchants. And the other things that are added are kRO items/features. Owner ignores feedback, well that's interesting. Ask the players. Removing aspects? You certainly have no idea about online games, the features that are added boost party and teamplay.

Stay a while and listen.
Customs: quite a lot of custom stuff, from gear to dungeons and QoL systems
WoE: Theres an active woe between two guilds, could be better but scratches the itch for some action.
Economy: Theres always some vendors for some newbie gears, but its hard to find more useful stuff like HD Elus where people horde them to themselfs.
No server is perfect, SMRO has its issues and its dramas, but its worth checking even if just for the custom content which is quite entertaining.

Weekly nerfs on the char class in woe without proper documentation,It gets tiring never been on a server that does this.Economy needs improvement Bigtime! nothing is circulating everything is farmed and hoarded by players.I did like the features the staff implemented but that's about all of it.There really needs to be a change on how they handle players be more transparent and fair.I'm fine with a dictatorship type of thing as long as you do your players justice.Please avoid the player "Meiko"

Weekly nerfs on classes, interesting. Would you mind showing me where exactly these weekly nerfs are? Considering in the patch notes I don't see any nerfs except a long list of skill updates according to official.
So if you want to blame someone, go play kRO and write there. But on other than that, atleast I do update according to kRO ^^
Be more transparent and fair, well looking at my server features I really don't see how theres unfairness. And everything is documented there, same with wiki.

i am very happy to play this server. which is interesting, you can play on two server at once (renewal and pre-renewal) and one character can have two classes. GM always stayed, helpful and answered when we asked. players are also very good and helpfull. what i love is you can get costume from monster and variety. i hope more players so i can invite to do many instance.

its almost 2months since i started playing Shining Moon RO and my experience is still great :) we have good community & accomodating Admins/GMs. the preview of this coming patch is so awesome! New WoE, World Boss!, New Dungeon! awesome loots/quest, come on guys lets party! invite me =P cant wait for the new patch!
